Born out of purpose and passion for helping others. There are so many girls and women who are hurting that feel out of sync with their purpose. They need that strong foundational support. There are some that have achieved their goals but still feel out of alignment with their divine purpose. Others are stuck in a cycle trying to achieve their goals but can't push past the obstacles.

DEMI Girl program model is based on 7 Pillars. The 7 pillars is the foundation of our program to uplift young women. By instilling the value systems, DEMI Girls are ignited. We believe that Instruction and Demonstration are effective modules to impact change from negative to positive behaviors. DEMI Girls ultimately become DEMI Women.
KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge - DEMI Girls answer the following in the affirmative. They know who they are and where they are going. They are also equipped with the tools such as knowledge to get them from start to finish. DEMI Girls Start Strong And Finish Strong. We ask and answer:Who AM I? Why Am I Here? What Can I Do? Where Can I Do It! When Can I Do It? In the spirit of Nike - We, "Just Do It!"

Integrity - DEMI Girls believe that integrity is who you are and what you do when no one is looking that matters; therefore, we live our lives with high levels of personal responsibility and personal expectation. DEMI Girls don't take short-cuts. We believe things worth getting are also worth the wait! Instant gratification is not a part of our process. DEMI Girls practice Patience.

Self-Care - Demi Girls believe our bodies are: Special, Unique, Precious, Extraordinary, and Radiant! DEMI Girls are cognizant of their value as a SUPER Body. With this mindset, we can't give our Body's to Just Anybody! By practicing self-care we inform others of our priorities. Priority One in Self-care, is Number One!

Career - DEMI Girls Aspire to be the best brand of themselves; therefore, academic achievement is a critical aspect in our program. We encourage DEMI Girls to work hard so that one day they can play hard. DEMI Girls are not expected to be perfect; however, we do expect to see improvement in academics, behavior, testing, and attitude as a result of our interventions.

COMMUNITY
Community - DEMI Girls care about their community. Servant leadership is introduced as a concept and characteristic of all DEMI Girls. DEMI Girls have the capacity to IGNITE as they learn the importance of community advocacy and empowerment. We believe generation next is NOW! DEMI Girls are taught how to advocate for causes that impact their communities through civic engagement.

Power - DEMI Girls must understand their power as females. Before you have power, you must first be empowered. We empower through the sharing of life lessons, interactions with powerful people, and appropriate self-expression.

RESPECT
Respect - DEMI Girls respect others and demand respect in return. We are refined and polished. We practice in person and social ettiquette. Our communication skills include speaking, body language, and internet protocol and social media grace. DEMI Girls will receive access to special social media badges as they complete our program.
